I am not a vain person, but when I meet people, if their front tooth were chipped, that would be one of the first things I would notice about the person. If my tooth were chipped like that, I would be very self-conscious esp. during job interviews and in my dating life.

It's not just a little chip..I would say it's the whole bottom half of the tooth so basically she knocked off 50% of his bottom tooth off.

Something in my gut doesn't feel right about this.
I mean, what did he do to make her so angry that she knocked his tooth off? And he doesn't sound angry when he talks about it which makes me think he knows he deserves it because he must have done something equally wrong to her. Perhaps he physically hit her as well?

If it were me and I didn't do anything wrong and some ex broke off my tooth, I would fight tooth and nail (no pun intended!) and sue his ass.
But he just shrugs it off, doesn't seem angry or fazed by it at all.

I think there is more to this story, but he said they just got into a fight and that was it.

Should I just let this go or go with my gut? [/quote]
