I was in that situation at another firm.  You don't want to try those yourself with TurboTax.  He'll be getting a K-1 that shows income in multiple states.  Very complex.

I'd suggest finding an accountant to file now for an extension until October.  I've used David Graling at Gelman Rosenberg, and he seems like he knows what he's doing.  I'm sure there are others too.[/quote]
