The PPs kid is in MCPS, not Groton or Andover. So presumably the kid comes home each and every day of the school year. Summer sleepaway camp is a pretty normal occurrence for kids at some point during their childhood. Mine has done boy scout camps, CTY residential camps, sports camps, and foreign exchange programs. Being away for 1-5 weeks in the summer means I spent the other 51-47 weeks with said kid.[/quote]
