[/quote] Yep, we always burned it at 375, and then at 350. Now that we do 300, and flip it halfway through, it comes out well. We toss ours with olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar. Salt when it comes out. That microwave idea sounds interesting. Will have to give it a try.[/quote]
