I can't get past spraying the Pam on the food. Yuck.

I'm talking about the Pam that is literally canola oil in a can.

First PP here. That's why I do it at 250, for a longer amount of time. They get crispy but not burned - try it!

Yep, we always burned it at 375, and then at 350. Now that we do 300, and flip it halfway through, it comes out well.

We toss ours with olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar. Salt when it comes out.

That microwave idea sounds interesting. Will have to give it a try.

I add a sprinkle of soy sauce to mine- not too much though because you don't want the kale wet.

Super simple:

Preheat oven to 250. Wash and thoroughly dry kale, and tear leaves into smaller pieces, removing the thick "rib" parts. Put leaves in a bowl, drizzle with a bit of olive oil, and stir/toss to coat. Put the kale on a baking sheet in a single layer, and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, keeping a close eye on them towards the end so they don't burn. Really good!

Trying to make some for the first time. Nothing spicy though - it's for the kids
