I assume you live in CT and your DH just travels to VA during the week and stays in the rental place here? If you have earned no income in VA you don't need to file in VA. Be careful that the employer hasn't changed the work location though. Even if you do file in both you wouldn't have much interest/penalties for only 2 months in VA. [/quote]
