+1.  Among the triathlete community it's a huge major achievement.  Like any other bumper sticker, t-shirt or logo, it demonstrates an affiliation or interest.  Partly a brag, but also partly self-identification with a particular community of interest.  No more or less a brag than having an OBX or Harvard sticker on your car.[/quote]
