The specific changes I mention happened in the BCC cluster in the mid seventies, when I was in elementary school. The debates about forced busing, school closings and special programs continued into the early 80s, as I remember. The Eisenberg case happened in 1999. Segregation/integration issues are part of our very recent history (sadly). [/quote]
