When I make dinner kids get it on whole grain pasta, I get it on spaghetti squash. When kids eat pb&j I eat apples with almond butter. Just switch out some of the carbs your kids will eat with low carb alternatives for you. Plus, kids needs cupcakes. :) [/quote]
