That is very limiting for a child in terms of being able to socialize, to go on playdates, to join in celebrations etc. it excludes your child from many typical child activities (birthday party foods).
Also some kids are hungry on paleo as it can be hard to get sufficient carbs, especially for an active child.
Being that limiting also doesn't teach a balanced diet, to eat in moderation, to understand a range of food groups.
Doing paleo for yourself is one thing - but putting a child on that type of limited intake is not something I would do.
