[/quote] Actually, I think DC has more of these than Md or Nova. I'd look at some of the big complexes off Ct up in NW and around the cathedral. Watergate and the like in West End and Harbour Square in SW/waterfront. All have everything you mention plus fun, active residents' associations.[/quote]
