If you qualify (and it is appropriate), it may be the best way to get treatment. The medical staff at NIH are incredibly dedicated, and are more interested in finding cures for the disease than anything else. They will spend much more time with you, explaining your situation in detail, making you part of the treatment process. The medical staff care.
