The follow up may not have been able to go into certain specific details, but it could have been a response. OP is saying that phone calls are not being returned. OP, if you haven't called or emailed in a while, perhaps one more phone call, and impress the urgency of a need for a response. That give the principal one more chance, just in case there's been a ton of stuff going on and this item just slipped off the radar. This is my most charitable view of the situation, and if you still don't get a response, then I think you are well within your rights to take it to the next level. [/quote]
