You seem to really be lacking good fats, OP, and could probably use more protein too. I (personally) would replace the oatmeal with eggs + veggies, and would try for more protein rich dairy products. Avocado, more nuts, olive oil for fat which will help satiate you. Smoothies with protein powder are a great option, and if you're going to eat a "protein bar" Luna is not the best option. There are many more out there with way more protein and way less sugar.
Is there a protein bar you would recommend? I find in the afternoons I am constantly on the run and that is when I tend to grab an unhealthy snack.
Just as a disclaimer before I answer: I stand corrected on my statement that there are bars out there with less sugar. I'm sure there are, but the one I like, Powerbar Protein Plus in Vanilla Yogurt flavour has 19g of sugar, while the chocolate Luna protein bars have 13g. However, Powerbar has 23g of protein while Luna only has 12g. It's also the most delicious protein source I've ever put in my mouth, so that helps. In my own experience, in the realm of fitness/supplements I stay away from anything marketed towards women. You get less of the good stuff than the same product marketed towards men, because no woman could ever need that much protein after her yogalates class or whatever, right?
