If you have a plastic knob, unscrew it and take it and the screw to the home improvement store and look for a metal cabinet knob that you like. Check the screw that comes with the knob to make sure that when screwed in, it leaves about the same length of screw as the original. Sometimes you're lucky and the knob can use the original screw. If not, you can go to the aisle with screws and find one that both fits the knob and is the right length.[/quote]
