If service is bad, the tip should at most be 10%...since when does bad service mean you should get a 20% tip?

I just feel like tips are expected now for everything and anything service related! No one actually works for them anymore. Here's a list of people I have tipped: servers, delivery guy, furniture delivery guy (4 hours late), cleaning lady (every two weeks), landscaper (on top of buying them lunch gave them 100 bucks more), shampoo girl, always tip at starbucks, dairy queen, baskin robbins (all those places that have a tip cup out)...the list goes on and on.

I know this is my fault...I shouldn't feel obligated to tip anyone, but I always do for some reason. Anyone else feel the same?
