In one pan, saute an onion with garlic ( I usually use 3 cloves) until fragrant and onions have started to turn golden. Squeeze in juice of half a lemon (or more depending on your like for lemons) and add in lentils. Stir in plain greek yogurt and then mix that in with some rice or fettuccine. [/quote]
