OP here. Rookie mom mistake, but I have no PLAN B! The forecast I have heard is for a pretty high chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon. I don't have any problem with kids playing in the rain, but I don't think many folks will want to hang out during a thunderstorm. The party is 3:30-5:30. Wasn't my first choice, but the shelter was booked until 2. Anyways, my house is literally four houses away, so it's no biggie to bring them there, but I have no activities planned because everything was gonna be at the park! Anyways, great ideas here. Keep 'em coming! Sounds like I'll be visiting ACMoore tomorrow.
PP with 2yo and 4yo. My kids just love plying with another kid's toys. How many kids are you expecting? We had our son's 3rd birthday at the house. The kids loved helium balloons. We bought a bouncy house for the occasion but I think the kids would have been fine without it. You may want to get one of those pull piƱatas.
