Finally, this summer, animal control got a warrant to go into her home where they found 4 dogs (2 adults and 2 puppies) and one cat. The puppies were in cages in the basement and the basement floor was littered with feces and urine. They confiscated all animals, but the woman remains next door. It is actually very sad, as she herself is elderly and clearly not right in the head. But she is also impossible to talk to/reason with. [/quote]
