It's the nature of trying to get work done fast. Now, many of the fast food businesses have timers on all orders and the goal is to get all orders filled in under X time. That means that the workers often just process as fast as they can go, especially if there is a line. That encourages mistakes. So, I will either stop and check my order or pull forward (so the next car can get to the window) and stop to count my order. It takes 10-15 *SECONDS* to check your order before you leave the restaurant, so just count your order before you leave. But this does take the cake for the stupidest rant/vent ever. [/quote]
