Parts are within the bounds of the City of Rockville, which so far has proven to have good services.  Seriously, every city employee I've dealt with for setting up my utilities and applying for permits and such has been super nice. Decent diversity.

Cons: yes, there's traffic.  But not moreso than a lot of other zips in the DC metro area.  You're in Montgomery County, so you'll pay the taxes that go with it.  Pepco is your primary electric co, and they're meh.  The Red line can really suck at times.  There's construction on the Pike, and a history of poorly planned projects (I still think Montrose Parkway is just weird). [/quote]
