Because DH is Military, we could not wait for an annulment, which we needed even though, he is not Catholic, his ex is not Catholic and he was not Married in Catholic Church. Those are the rules. We did not like them so we got married in a Presbertyian church. You either play by the rules or find somewhere else to get married.
