I'm REALLY late to the party, but my child goes to daycare on the Navy side of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. She was the victim of child abuse. Since the abuser was found guilty and removed from that establishment, I gave them another chance. It's been a year and a rough one at that. I don't feel that she's abused in any way. But, it's just not the standard of care that I want for my daughter. I am currently looking into moving her to another facility on the Air Force side of the base.
I am curious as to why you would keep her in the same place that she was abused? I don't know enough about how these situations are handled (besides what I assume would be counseling and litigating against the abuser and perhaps establishment if they were negligent). But is it really healthy to keep a child in that environment?
