Just knowing what I was playing to do and that I had an out made me feel so much better. When we felt like we had a financial cushion in place I gave my 2 weeks notice. Oh that was a great feeling. I gave myself a month to relax and then I went to work finding a new job. Took a little while but I wanted to make sure it was a good fit and not just a paycheck. The best decision I made was to quit, my Blood pressure dropped, my happiness returned. When you are that type of toxic environment it impacts every aspect of your life. Find a way to get out - for yourself and those around you. Life is too short to be that miserable. [/quote]
