So I've lost some weight and gone down 2 dress sizes - yay! I'm about halfway to my goal. The weight I've lost around my core seems like it's been from my back (down bra band sizes as well) and sides, and not my gut. And I have a pretty good sized one. What can I do to get rid of my FUPA? It's not enormous, and under clothes it's not really that visible - but it's very much there underneath the clothes. My core is reasonably strong, but the fat in my gut doesn't seem to be budging. Is spot reduction really a myth? Any way to really work and target that particular area?
How many #s away is your goal? What size does that put you at? Women often hold fat in their bellies post baby. It took me until I got to a size 4 to have a flat belly, plus a lot of ab work to have a good looking toned flat belly. That is the only reason why I pushed from a 6 to a 4 was to get rid of that stupid thing-otherwise I would have been happy.
