What can I do to get rid of my FUPA? It's not enormous, and under clothes it's not really that visible - but it's very much there underneath the clothes.
My core is reasonably strong, but the fat in my gut doesn't seem to be budging. Is spot reduction really a myth? Any way to really work and target that particular area?
Just curious, are you following a diet or just watching wat you eat & exercise? I need to lose weight and am trying to figure out if I should do a formal diet??

I don't eat a lot of processed foods - probably 80% of my food is made from whole, single ingredients at home.
Ok. I'm the one that asked and had to push to a 4. Be patient..you still have weight to lose. 20lbs ago I was 155 and a soild 8 with a belly like you describe. Ypu will be amazed at how amazing you will look at 20 less. Throw in weight training and you will be smoking hot.
