I work in a high school, and with the exception of the door to enter the maintenance wing, the others are locked. But we have an resource officer and 5 security! My kids' school is locked; you have to buzz in and enter through the main office to sign in. Even so, any weirdo can come in and do harm. And how do you determine who looks "too weird" to enter? sad times we live in

You are damned if you do and damned if you don't. Had the nanny been stopped and questioned about her purpose in the school some liberal loon would have cried "profiling" or some sort of discrimination. During the summer there are only so many employees present. Certainly not enough for an escort for your nanny.
OP here. 1. Nanny is Black. Same race as me and my kid. Not like they were "stereotyping" that the ethnic or foreign woman is the nanny. 2. I was not requesting an escort, simply that it was a bit weird tht she was just sent into the building with free reign. Like I said before, she did not get a visiting pass or anything. This time it was okay as It was just the nanny getting forms signed and leaving them in the office, but next time they could be (god forbid) letting in someone like the previous school shooters or kidnappers
