New PP here.  It's still not too late to apologize.  I do all the hiring at my workplace and this would not be a big deal.  Weird twitter posts, back recommendations ... those are reasons why I would change my mind about hiring someone.  My name forgotten?  Nah.   I would have corrected you the first time though. Well the thing is he sent me  a case study, i was supposed to finish the case and send it back within the hour, I emailed him calling him the wrong name and attached the file, about 20 minutes later, I emailed him back attaching another file( did not realize when i was sending 2nd email that i called him the wrong name). He still has not responded to any of the emails. I just don't want to overdo it by sending a third email almost 3 hours later but again feel extremely about this.[/quote]
