Anyway, I think it's always better to err on the side of caution. I also interviewed at a nonprofit/university setting, pretty casual, but they have the job, I do not.

I think it's silly to dress for an interview based on the culture of a company. THEY have the job you don't. You are making a lot of assumptions and basically acting as if you have the job. You don't.[/quote]
