Driving between the two - not too many places I would stop but in Lancaster, York, Ephrata and surrounding areas there are plenty of places.
Just note that Ephrata is 25 minutes on the opposite side of Lancaster and Dutch Wonderland. There and back it's an hour out of the way. We've stopped a couple of time at Marino's in York PA and enjoyed it. Like some of the Yelp reviews, it's a little on the pricey side, but we like the food and found the portions large. http://www.marinospizzapastahouse.com/ Second for Isaac's. If you are willing to do a local chain, it's great. There are a number of very different sandwich choices and the soups are great.
