I had surgery on Thur and was back at work Tue. Again, most of the pain was from tightness. My surgeon wanted a gentle recovery with lifting, sports, etc so that they would heal more naturally (so they wouldn't stick up high on the chest and look odd). I went to Roger Friedman in Bethesda.
