I know. I find it depressing. I have the same issue, OP, but my DH is intractably opposed to implants, which I have mentioned to him before. Since I am happy to use a combo of cutlets and push up bras when I want to look busty, that is just fine with me.

The OP asked for non-surgical methods, yet everyone is chiming in with implant suggestions!

I think that is a risk factor and could happen. However, this is not a complication that I suffered. If anything, my DH playing with them is now such a turn on. I love playing dress up in bed now. It has greatly improved our sex life. I used to be so self-conscious about my sad boobs (even though DH never complained) it was a hang up of mine that I'm very happy to leave in the past.

Cost? Mine are silicone and I went to Dr Hess in Fairfax, they were $6000.

To the PP, my breasts only grow when I gain weight. When I am at my ideal weight, at 5'9" and 140, I have ZERO breast tissue...sure if I were 20lbs overweight, my breasts would look great, the rest of me could look awful. For me, no fat, no boobs.

who are you people that lost breast size after pregnancy & breastfeeding? my breasts just got bigger even as i went back to my pre pregnancy size in pants. and this is not a humblebrag. i seriously need a reduction.

It doesn't seem like there really are any no surgical options. Maybe try a few more different bras?

Like the others said, it wasn't awful. I had surgery on Thur and was back at work Tue. Again, most of the pain was from tightness. My surgeon wanted a gentle recovery with lifting, sports, etc so that they would heal more naturally (so they wouldn't stick up high on the chest and look odd). I went to Roger Friedman in Bethesda. He was excellent. They offer financing too. I joke that my bonus paid for one and I'm financing the other.

Yup. Got implants too. I had nothing to push up either. So glad I did it. Initial recovery was only a few days. It took about two weeks to get back into the swing if things. I could have gone back to an office job after a few days, but if you're a SAHM of young kids it would be more like 2 weeks before you could feel comfortable carrying them and lifting in and out of car seats.

I'd look into it.

I chose a surgeon who does the Rapid Recovery surgical method.

Surgery on Thursday, attended a suprise b-day part on Sunday and was back at the office on Monday. I was back running 8 days Post Op. I'm now 3 months PO and I've fully resumed all heavy lifting at the gym.

For me, the recovery was minimal. The hardest part was the tightness in my chest due to to my skin stretching. I would say the pain from when I had my wisdom teeth removed was worse. However, the Rapid Recovery method is quite unique. I also did not get huge implants. Went from a A to a D on my 5'9" frame. I wear a meduim top.

Me too. Best thing I could have done for myself. I have abandoned push up bras, padded bras and underwires. I actually look forward to the pool and getting in a bathing suit. My DH can't keep his hands off me, which depending on your situation, could be good or bad

I nursed three and finally decided this year to get implants. Push up bras didn't work - there was nothing to push up. Just flat, skin and two sad, saggy nips. And trust me, I'm what my friends would consider "crunchy" so implants were the last thing I ever thought I'd do but I can say I love love love how I look (and feel) now.
