We liked to arrive at parks before Rope Drop, and often left midday, and didn't encounter crowds on the buses at those times, except once when we were at a waterpark and they closed suddenly due to thunder. On the other hand if you leave right after fireworks, I hear it can be very crowded. You can bring your stroller if it's folded. If you have 1 adult it might be hard to hold a baby and hold a stroller, but with 2 it should be fine.[/quote]
