I find it a little cumbersome to search through and many jobs aren't really flexible or part-time once you get into the details (which is why I said I think they are just doing keyword searches on the web and then posting them on their site). For example, there are lots of jobs that return as telework when in actuality it's a 100% travel job -- like a systems implementer. To me, that's not teleworking nor is it flexible.

That said, I have found a couple of leads through the site, so feel like it was worth the subscription fee, at least for a year. I feel like there's a good range of types of work listed, too.[/quote]
