It must be owned now by an older, 60ish couple who have been doing upgrades on this house for two years now.  They just wrote the checks and told their contractor to upgrade every single thing.

PP here.  I got worn out b/c I only heard back from 1/4 of the people I profiled.

But back to the house.  This home should be shown vacant.  Really.  Have the owners move out, possibly paint every wall a soothing light caramel, bake some bread or cookies and done!  Saved everyone time and money!

I hate that every home now has to be staged.  I bought 10 years ago and our now house was a cluttered mess.  I had to use my imagination and truly, once the HO moved out, I had a clean slate.  Either we improved/updated/changed immediately or we learned to live with it for a while.  Our house immediately looked amazing and spacious once it the prior HO left...I just paid to have it deep cleaned and the rest was up to me.
