Your post title talks about "getting rid of the baby pooch," which refers to some protrusion of the stomach, either fat or because the abs have separated. Doing ab exercises alone will not help either. But if ab strength is indeed all you're talking about, you might be able to get that back just through core exercises. [/quote]
