It is University of Maryland Honors College at College Park Or UMCP. If you're the same poster who is questioning what St. John's posts regarding college matriculation please note that St. John's provides the same information that St. Albans and many other prep schools post. Landon is probably the outlier and provides the most specific information of any school I am aware of. For more information about Landon, however, check out several of the threads in the private school forum.
St. Alban's and most other prep schools list matriculations over the last 5 years. Their list seems all-inclusive and lists colleges such as HPY along with less selective schools like UM Baltimore and University of Mississippi. St. John's list has no timeframe, meaning, the acceptances could have been 20 years ago. It seems the school cherry picked the best matriculations of the bunch, leaving out the most popular. I don't understand why StJ's would only list the Honor College of UMCP and not UMCP itself. Their failure to do so makes it seem like they're trying to make their college matriculation list seem more prestigious than it is. It also makes it seem like they're not proud of sending kids to schools like UMCP. I don't think that is, or should be, the case, however, the list leaves this impression.
