Get some low fat Greek vanilla yogurt, some low fat granola, and some berries or already cut up berries and fruit if you can (whole foods or balduccis have the fancier cut fruits). Pick up some nice clear plastic cups as well. Have everyone layer their own parfaits. Smoked salmon is also nice. Instead of traditional bagles and cream cheese (highly caloric) do fancy crackers and whipped light cream cheese. Add some sliced red onion and capers to make it a complete dish.
