She said she will refund $33.00 once I return the item AND change my feedback. I responded to say I will ship the item promptly, but didn't say yes or nay to the change feedback demand.

She sent another e-mail saying she sent a "kiss make up" (whatever that is) and again said she will refund once I change my feedback.

I don't feel like changing it, nor I feel like I should. The picture and description are really misleading and the item is such an inferior quality (more like dollar store quality), that I feel it is a scam. I think others should beware and honestly, I am still pissed she had the balls to chard $28.00 for that piece of crap.

I payed through paypal - does anyone know if I HAVE to change my feedback in order to get my refund?[/quote]
