[/quote] Physical therapy is covered by insurance if you go to an orthopedist to diagnose the cause of your pain. The orthopedist will refer you to the PT, who takes the orthopedist's diagnosis and makes a program of exercises/stretches/etc. The orthopedist will usually ask you to make a follow-up appointment so that they can check your progress after you have been to the PT for a number of weeks. Can't speak to how it works with a chiropractor.[/quote]
