I love my job! but my work environment is awful. My co-workers are always constantly making me feel bad, singling me out, etc. Basically, they are a team, and I am not part of it. I don't feel safe as things started to go missing. I really don't know what to do. Should I go to my boss and talk to her about it? Should I go to HR? or just put my big girls panties on and move on and not let it bother me. I am thinking I need to find a new job but I really love what I do. I developed relationships with my clients and enjoy making a difference in their lives. Let me give you an example, I went to talk to my supervisor about a case and then next day both of my coworkers were rude, cold, and just mean to me. Later on, one of them asked me what I was talking to my supervisor about because "their source" told them I was meeting with our boss for an hour plus. --I simply replied, I am having a hard time with one of my case and needed my boss' input; which is the truth. I shouldn't feel like I can't have a conversation with my boss so I told them next time they should have their source check his/her facts before making an allegation. This is just so frustrating. Any advice?
