This is just so frustrating. Any advice?

It's you, not them. I would ask my co-worker what's up if he had a really long meeting with the boss, like is everything ok? The question was totally normal. You seem sort of paranoid, and I think that is why you have a hard time making friends at work. Try harder to quell any paranoid thoughts you might be having and just try to do small talk with your co-workers and SMILE, SMILE, SMILE.

They are jealous. You are a stronger worker and they hate you for it.

Just keep them in the dark about our schedule, clients, and accomplishments. They seem immature, unprofessional, catty, insecure, and worst of all, may be out to get you.
Keep things light and airy with them, and do good work.

What do you mean by things going missing and not feeling safe? How large is your office? Do you ever telecommute or travel to client sites? And finally- how long have you and the other people worked there (ages)? Just some questions to help assess the situation from an outsider..

I love my job! but my work environment is awful. My co-workers are always constantly making me feel bad, singling me out, etc. Basically, they are a team, and I am not part of it. I don't feel safe as things started to go missing. I really don't know what to do. Should I go to my boss and talk to her about it? Should I go to HR? or just put my big girls panties on and move on and not let it bother me.

I am thinking I need to find a new job but I really love what I do. I developed relationships with my clients and enjoy making a difference in their lives.

Let me give you an example, I went to talk to my supervisor about a case and then next day both of my coworkers were rude, cold, and just mean to me. Later on, one of them asked me what I was talking to my supervisor about because "their source" told them I was meeting with our boss for an hour plus.
