I was surprised today when she announced that she got accepted to graduate school. I congratulated her, but all I could think about were those discussions we had and the lies she told me. 
I feel hurt, because I helped this girl get a job at my company, I am constantly checking her work (she asks me to), she actually said that she considered me her mentor.

I told her how I felt, and she said that she applied the day after we spoke about it (9 days ago), so I told her that was impossible that she got an answer so fast, so she said that I always make things about myself and stormed out of my office. Oh, and she got a grant from a foreign govenment in 9 days!!!!

Sorry, I just needed to vent!
