- Affordable living, I'm totally open to roommates by myself I can afford about $800 a month give or take.
- Living close to people my age 
- Nightlife
- Close metro access (I don't drive at the momment and can work crazy hours)
- Also I'd be working as a nanny

Some questions I have are-

Which place wold be better for me to move and what cities are good to look in? Like with NYC would it be Queens??
What would be the best way for planning out this move? Safe up, Go there, Rent a room weekly, Looks for job, more permanent place and roomies???
When looking for the places how can I find a good real estate agent for rentals??[/quote]
