There's always a sort of a mumble about the low salary when you mention "non profit"... but it's interesting to me, since most architects and licensed planners make well below 90k (and they are lucky if they get a small benefits package).  Self-serving design is leaving me feeling less than complete professionally - and being  used to working with communities in the past - I greatly miss that piece of it.  So I am hoping to somehow find a position which takes the strengths I have developed in project management, overseeing budgets, developing private/public partnerships and turn it into something greater.[/quote]
