OP here -  we are on our third egg donor and second gestation surrogate.  And there is no male factor at play, beyond age.  We have just had done bad luck.  Our first gestation surrogate had unexpected personal problems that probably affected those two cycles.  We missed the opportunity to use non-frozen embryos with the second DE because of a miscommunication about medication.  And the one time we used non-frozen DE embryos, we had a miscarriage.

OP, that actually happened to us also. One egg donor got pregnant, one did not stim correctly, one was a share that really did not work out. Crazy. Then on the final, and I do mean final try, we got pregnant with twins. Evertyhing went smoothly after that. I am so sorry this happened to you. It was awful! very sorry about the miscarriage, too.[/quote]
