I'm pretty sure the job is mine if I want it, which I do.

How do I respond to his email in a way that shows I am enthusiastic and definitely interested, yet not being presumptuous? I don't want to seem obnoxious by assuming I've got the job. Based on the job description I think it'll be a lot of work, and some things I haven't done before, but that I could do it, and do it well. I want this. How do I convey that in a nice way that strikes the right balance? [/quote]
