I did a quick Redfin search and there are many options that fit your criteria! You can also go not too far out and get something larger. You'll get more for your money in 20904 or 20905, but that's a longer commute for your husband. Still should be well under an hour, though. You shouldn't need to go up to Mt. Airy or Clarksburg to find something you like. It's lovely in those places, but pretty far out, too.[/quote]
