MVSA like most clubs give some preference to their former players, although there are no guarantees, it depends if the 14u liberos want to come back. Plus as the PP mentioned, many shorter front row players transition to back row so libero is one of the most competitive spots. What is her serve receive score, that will be the most important skill to look at. She should at least be near 2.0. Can she do dolphin dives? Is she super fast? Don’t give up but be realistic. Many of these girls have 4+ years of experience.[/quote]
