[/quote] No, my husband's ex filed with no change of circumstance, no issue. She also demanded that my income be included in the child support guidelines. She lied about her income/household and refused to provide documentation. Courts don't care if the custodial parent does that, as there is no accountability for them. The ex ended up getting much less and a big attorney bill. In reality, there is no point, as if mom is restricting access, even if Dad gets a better court order, she will not follow it. You cannot reason with the unreasonable. [/quote]
